My order is lost, what should I do?Updated 4 months ago
If your order shows as delivered and you have not received your package as yet, please try the following resolutions:
- Be sure to check all possible locations of delivery around your address (ex. Mailbox, doorstep, side door, etc.)
- Check with a family member or neighbor in case they collected the package on your behalf.
- Reach out to your local post office. Provide them with your name, phone number, email address and the tracking number of the package.
If you still have been unsuccessful in getting your package after 10 days of the tracking information showing as delivered, please reach out to us at [email protected] to file a claim. Please note refunds will not be issued. Orders are considered lost in transit if the tracking shows no movement for 10 or more days
