How often do I get charged on Javy subscription orders?Updated 4 months ago
The standard frequency is every 30 days. However, you can easily adjust your order frequency to any number of days, weeks, or months by using our customer portal and following these steps:
- Login to Javy portal
- Click on Manage Subscription
- Click on Delivery Schedule and Enter New Frequency
- Confirm by Clicking on Update
