How can I reactivate a subscription?Updated 3 months ago
If you want to reactivate a subscription that was previously canceled, you will first need to log in to your account.
- Login to your customer portal.
- Click Subscriptions and select the subscription product.
- Click Reactivate and confirm.
Note: If the subscription is expired it cannot be reactivated. In this case, checkout on the store with a fresh subscription for that item.
