What is your refund policy for subscriptions?

Throughout the duration of your subscription, adjustments to your subscription can be made until the Processing Date, which is the date your recurring order is processed by us, and it is based on Eastern Time. For new or one-time orders, the Processing Date corresponds to the date the order is placed. On the Processing Date, you will receive an email or SMS notification confirming your order, and we will then proceed to prepare your order for shipment. It's important to note that orders can only be canceled before the Processing Date, and once we have confirmed an order via email or SMS notification, cancellation is not possible. We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee which starts the day the order tracking shows as delivered. This satisfaction guarantee is only applicable to your first subscription order and not to subsequent orders.

Please be aware that if you have purchased more than one bottle of the same flavor, the satisfaction guarantee will only be applicable if you return the unopened bottles for a refund. However, if you have used all or more than one bottle, regrettably, the satisfaction guarantee will no longer be valid, and you will not be eligible for a refund. We advise customers to keep this policy in mind and utilize the satisfaction guarantee accordingly, ensuring they return unopened bottles if they wish to avail themselves of the refund option.
