What happens if I cancel my subscription after an order has been processed?Updated 2 months ago

Once an order from a subscription has been processed, it cannot be canceled due to logistical reasons. Our policy requires customers to inform us at least 3 days before the next scheduled charge to avoid processing the next order. If a cancellation request is received after an order is processed, that specific order cannot be canceled.

For first-time recurring orders, refunds are not normally provided, but as a courtesy to our valued customers, we can make an exception. Should you wish to return the order for a refund upon receipt, please contact us to receive a pre-paid return label.
