To cancel your subscription and return your order, you must first ensure that you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee period. If you are, you may cancel your subscription through our user-friendly self-service portal and proceed with the return process. Once your order has been delivered, reach out to our customer service team, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

If the subscription order has already been placed and processed, cancellations may not be possible due to logistical reasons. However, our policy allows for exceptions, particularly for first-time recurring order refunds. You must inform us immediately upon receiving the order that you intend to return it, after which we will issue a prepaid return label for you to send the products back.

After we receive your returned items and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund.
